SHIPPING POLICY – ZENVY

We ensure smooth and reliable delivery for all orders.

* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
* Delivery time: 4–5 working days (may extend to 7 days during peak seasons)
* No deliveries on Sundays

Payment & Conditions:
* Rs. 500 advance required for re-orders after cancellation or failed delivery
* Orders above Rs. 15,000 require 10% advance payment

Delivery Details:
* Delivery available to home or office address only
* PO Box deliveries are not supported
* All orders require signature upon delivery
* Two delivery attempts will be made
